Stiltsville house

I used to live in South Florida, and one of my favorite places was "Stiltsville", an affectionate name for group of stilt houses located in Biscayne Bay near Miami Beach. At one time during the 1960's, there were nearly 30 of these structures, but many of them have since been torn down. Here's a concept that I had for a new Stiltsville house...

I like this concept, even the panels on the side that makes me think of either a marlin or a Ray.
This model is itching for a great render or even animation.
