I came across SmartLight, a newly developed tech to brings daylight into dark corners of a building. I imagine many designers here will be interested in reading about the system and possibly keeping an eye on its development.

For me, I feel working under natural sunlight, direct or indirect is good for us! Check out the details here, http://www.uc.edu/news/NR.aspx?id=18752

Used to be called a light shelf - often used architectural feature... Check Google for light shelf.

There's a little more to it than simply a light shelf/deflector.

I take the slow, deliberate approach in my aimless wandering.
