This is called a "wall pocket". It's based on a piece from the early 19th century. Put yer mail in it or whatever else you might have keep in a wall pocket. One of my line styles and Jim's Make Ortho views plugin. -
Nice job. Ah the simple days of wall pockets and "mail" that you didn't just throw away in reams. Those days a single letter was a real prize!
