Add a location

I'm not sure if this is a SU issue or Google, however, same family. When I click on add a location button I get the following error msg, "This service has not been enabled by the administrator of "my domain'", which is btw, a gmail account. I have logged in with my 2 gmail addresses and with the admin address and sometimes I get to my Google account with a list of available services, but no reference to SU. I have Google earth on my computer. Hoping someone can enlighten me.
