Are you getting enough sleep?

I watched an interesting talk on TED by Russell Foster, 'Why do we sleep?' It quite an eye opener (excuse the pun!) and offers food for thought.
If like me, you are using a laptop into the small hours it might be an idea to check out Flux. Normal screens are equivalent to daylight. Flux gradually dims the screen and more or less tells the brain that its getting late and time for sleep.
