Wow. Nice, clean and bright. The only thing I see that makes me raise an eyebrow is the placement of the two windows above the cabinetry. They are placed low relative to the top of the cabinets. Just my personal preference, but they would look better centered or high. Otherwise, I'd love to have a kitchen like that.

Yes, this is a real project. Hopefully the client will send some photos when it's completed. If they do, I'll be sure to post them.@escapeartist said:

Thanks! I agree with you about the windows, they need to be moved up. If the client makes any changes, I'll definitely do that. -
You might move them up... only if you have room for headers.

but only thing you have to keep in mind here is -

You have to simulate the scene between Exterior-lightning and Interior-lightning, you can see here in your rendered image. Interior lightning IES light are lightning up like a night scene. Try to decrease the opacity using Photoshop.

You have also given a glare effect in some lights, it will look good in night scene but not in day scene.

May be i am wrong please correct me but it seems like you have given Ambient Occlusion in Photoshop by adding passes. If it is right, so try to decrease the opacity of AO by 40-50% of what you have given now.

Try to increase the glow of sunlight on the Floor and Dinning table by Dodge tool in Photoshop.

By looking at your image, Exposure is really more, that means may you have more intensity of sunlight but please increase the background sky image's intensity,they are not matching.

Move the V-ray light on the window opening slightly away from the window. I mean far slightly. So that it cannot produce over-exposed effect on the windows.

Importing more and more 3D models in the scene increase the realistic city by 30%.

This is really good! Great job and great comments above. What stood out to me was how harsh the lighting is on the back splash. I would soften that up a bit.

Lighting is very well done! If Realism is your aim, try to work on the white material a little bit. The white is so uniformly matte. In reality all objects has some reflective property. Try to add some fresnel to the cabinets. The ceiling and wall are normally finished a little less glossy than the cabinetry. The other thing is to pay more attention to the fine details of the model. If you observe the real cabinet door. The corners wont be this sharp at all. even a 2or 3 mm round corner treatment will increase the realism. Other materials are great. Generally its fantastic!

I agree with cuttingedge. I also agree with the window comments. The big thing I have an issue with are the pendant lights. Nicely modeled but the finish is also a bit matted. Add some reflection and it would be killer.

Overal view is very good. But you should use different materials on walls, ceilings and cabinets. I mean white color. Now it looks, that you only placed a white color, and everything looks like made from colored plaster. And one more thing: in reality it is impossible to make perfect wall, it allways has some scratches and etc. So I recommend using plaster textures on walls, ceiling, and diffrent textures on furniture

Thanks for the comments! I agree with a lot of what you're saying, however, I typically don't have the budget to spend time rounding edges of cabinets and putting the finer details into the rendering. Same goes for the reflection on the cabinets. There actually is a reflection, however, I had to tone it down to speed up render times. -

Thanks! The finish on the pendants is actually pretty close to the product. It's supposed to more of an aged bronze finish and not something that has a more crisp reflection. -

Thanks for the comments. If this were personal work, I would definitely take more consideration on the wall texture as well as the cabinets, but again, I don't have a large budget for most of these, so I usually have to make them as real as I can given the time and budget. Also, I don't have much say in the selection of materials and finishes as I'm not the one designing these. They are also being used to market projects or sell a client on a particular design so adding imperfections is something the client generally doesn't want to see.
