The amazing thing about a good set of construction documents is that you don't even need to speak the language to read them and understand. Excellente.

Maybe I'm writting faster than thinking πŸ˜„. I look at freelancer.com again, but there isn't this job any more. I was writting about plans that look familiar - it was a map of hill with some trees. Mabye it just look like your parcel. There wasn't any images from skecthup πŸ˜„

                  pilou, small text.

or maybe shows direction of stairs? some of the bold lines in the other drawings look like small text.

                    Hi Pilou:

That is a symbolism, indicating the change between steps.

It is a style of drawing that I have had for over 30 years, when drawing by hand and without a computer.

Shows the direction of the stairs

                    Regards

                    Pedro

thanks! Great concepts (legal (permit) / presentation), graphic layout. I like the transparent detail outlines. Will use that!

                            Hi Pilou:

Indeed, I have seen and again seen the videos of Nick Sonder.

And I learned that LayOut is powerful and not to be afraid.

I am very grateful to Nick for his videos

                            They taught me a lot.

                            regards

Those are the prettiest set of drawings I've ever seen. There was a lot of work put into those. I hope you got paid for the equivalent of your time.

                                Hi Tina.

Thank you very much for your opinion

Yes, i work more an d less 3 to 4 hours to day, for about 2 months.

The final plans were less worked. But this the end for my own satisfaction.
