I did not know this, i must research it some more, cheers Marian
It was just a thought. I don't think shaders have necessarily a different kind of texture.

Regarding toon texture look you could always do something like color seperation in the graphics package of your choice. that way all fallofs get split up and look less airbrushed.
-
Pretty cool, iichiversii. I really like your toon version of the building. Those trees are great, too.
Best,

Thanks Ken, that was some time ago, there was an entire island you could walk around with that building centre, it's somewhere on unity forums as far as I know, I left that project a long time ago, working on bigger and better things now

Hi iichiversii,
That's cool. What are you working on lately if it is not under NDA?
It is nice to see other artists on this forum using Sketchup for games, fantasy or sci-fi modeling.
Hey, in case you still need it, 3D Total has a CD full of toon textures:

Thanks again, yeah working on a 1950s retro style sci fi game, here is a sneak peak, hoping to get a demo up and running soon, iv come across this link before for the toon textures, will be investing in that for sure as it is very hard to come across free textures

I don't know a thing about cartooning in SU, but I really enjoy seeing the multiple applications of SU.
