Rename Multiple Groups/Components

I'm looking for a plugin that will let me rename many groups at once.
Let's say it would work like this:
- Select any number of groups.
- Rename them all by choosing a name, example "Stone"
- Plugin generates names for all the selected groups starting with "Stone_001", "Stone_002", and so on.
I'm sure something like this exists but I can't find it.
