Go to specified page by name using code
-
Hi,
I am familiar with (Sketchup.send_action "pageNext:") but I have been trying to go to a specific page by name and not by relative position. Is there a way to do this?
Thanks

That's the one. You might have to iterate through the pages to find the one that is named what you want, then use the above command to go to that page.

A little mock up code would look like this:
model = Sketchup.active_model pages = model.pages my_page_name = "Page 2" page_num = 0 pages.each do |e| if e.name == my_page_name pages.selected_page = model.pages[page_num] break end page_num+=1 end -
It worked!

Thank you so much!
