Too big.

Turn shadows on?

Some scale issues, plus no shadows. I think v ray can give you more.

i think maybe the concept is there but the output is too plain, need more details like cloud at sky, background buildings, textures on plants, etc

well, my senior didn't require those clouds or shadows. he needed a clean output, not too much detailing. and may you elaborate on scale issue?
This is a vray render. I just know about bumps and transparencies, tried learning about sky settings. but they are really tough to handle. takes a lot of time and hit and trial to set up. -
I thought the planters & vegetation were oversized for the area, also on first glance i thought some of the plants were scaled too big, i can't see it now.

yes, shadows would very much help give yout render some depth. It doesn't look much different than what you can achieve with just a plain SU output. Maybe you can do only a shadow layer from SU and blend it in very lightly in photoshop.

how would i do it? won't the SU objects [in raw sketchup export] interfere with my vrayed render jpg file? how are shadows in isolation exported?
