Layout book layout

So I've started and now realising it's a big job! Stacks of content created but now the writing and compiling! Looking forward to getting it done now, though have too take a day or two off to get some darn well overdue invoices out before I go broke! I HATE INVOICING!

What book is it? How did you produce the multipage view? I hope that text is high enough contrast (my poor eyes).

Peter, the book is on the use of layout as a design tool rather than just a presentation tool and taking that to the next point of presenting that conceived to a high quality in a variety of styles ready for web or print. Includes over 200 PR layout objects.
