Thanks, Its just a Line Drawing overlay on Rendering and I just erased some of the Line Drawing to show some of the rendered image....

I thought it might be although finding a good marker brush is difficult... is it done in Gimp or PS?

It's PS Andrew, yeah you need to experiment a bit on the brush choice to make it right...
