Windows and stairs plugin

I know there are few around... can someone recomend one one in particular?
Windows are not as bad, becuase every time I make a new one, I save it in my component's folder.
But stairs are just a pain...
Here is agood example:
The house is now about 6" higher... so I have to redo it again
