Mine shows 25mb limit. Two new things I have noted:
- A separate application called BrowserPlus have to be installed for attaching files. This is an inconvenient thing.
- Image attachment have options setting. I did not notice that initially and ended up with a 37kb file for an original file of 900kb. This is good and bad, depending on the user/usage.

I am currently using the free version of Yousendit.com to transfer file up to 100 Mb.(Box.net is another good alternative).
Does Yahoo has advantages over the others?
