IE - WebDialog - JS suddenly disabled

From time to time I receive a report that a SU WebDialog stopped working and shows scrambled content. It happens because JS is being disabled for some reason on users' Win system. I guess it has something to do with an upgrade of IE browser and/or users permissions.
The only method we have found so far that works, is creating a new user account. Have anyone received same reports? Is there a better solution then asking an user for creating a new account?
