Mac Pro graphic card upgrade SU7-8 help needed

We've noticed our MacPro with GT120 Geforce 512 mb is way slower manipulating complex files in SU than a low end dell with much less fancy graphic card...It comes to a point where adding shadows is just undoable, or rotating scenes etc bring the spinning wheels for 10-15 seconds each time. ( Open GL settings set to use hardware acceleration and fast feedback).I assume this comes from the graphic card acceleration capacities, and wonder if any of you could recommend a fast card for us to upgrade to.

I am not sure you can upgrade to it but the graphic card in my macbook pro is very good.
