      Hey All!
I do a lot of exporting in and out of AutoCAD and SketchUp. One of the main things I export from SketchUp are Architectural Elevations of buildings that I've modeled. There seems to be a few problems that occur when exporting. First of all there always seem to be extra lines overlapping each other which I can merge etc with the OVERKILL command in AutoCAD.

The real question I have is there a plugin that has been created that can export cad line work to different layers depending on the depth of field. A lot of time is put into changing the all Layer0 lines into different line weights in CAD. Say that you have a building where different wings that stick out further than others is there a way to get SU to export these on different layers depending on a set distance so it makes my job easier to change the line weights for plotting?

      Thanks!
      Parker
