CenterPoint plugin toolbar button

Plugin CenterPoint http://www.smustard.com/script/CenterPoint comes from the manufacturer without a toolbar button. Calls only from the plugins menu. And that was not like this (call only from the plugins menu) - this is it - the toolbar button. The archive also embedded plugin itself CenterPoint.rb v1.2
