        Thank you Booman,

The whole shop was built in Sketchup , not as classy as the pro's here but concept to aid my job, i can share the final renders now client has seen the proposed new layout.

I'm not a designer in any way but found in my job that if i can price a project/layout, can i show the client what they would get for there money.

Let me just say... Awesome Job!
What program are you using for the rendering?
I was asking if the second image was an actual photo because it looks a little different from the Sketchup photo and it looks so REAL.
By the way, I was looking at your website and I definitely see some "Game Design" inspiration there.
Your warehouse with all the debris and graffiti looks like an Unreal Tournament level.
          Cool stuff

            Booman thank you again

The Warehouse is a concept that helped the client land a sponsorship from "Red Bull", it is planed for build in the next few weeks and street dancers will have a place to train

The rendering is BIG thanks to Kerkythea, the advice tips and support they give
