i have problem with the plugin. the manager isnt loading

Based on the error, it looks like some sort of security setting issue. I'd suggest opening up your security options (temporarily disabling antivirus software, firewall, etc.) and seeing if it works then. If so, begin to turn your settings back on until it's blocked again. That should show you where the problem is.
