Similar to Subdivide and Smooth?

Hi all,
Trying to find a plugin that I had glimpsed, hoping somebody knows what I'm talking about... it looked like an update to Subdivide and Smooth, with great control over making complex geometries... you could, for instance, draw one x axis line, and one z axis line, and then instantly create a smooth mesh between them... sounded like a new plugin, was ~$28, but I can't find it anywhere now... I know Subdivide and Smooth got less expensive because this new one came out... any leads? thanks!
