Working on Mac, or no?

I'm trying to run SP on Mac - either Mac Book Pro, or Quad Core Tower.
MAC OS X 10.5.8Both machines give error:

I never had much luck with with getting SP to work on my Mac. I'd really like to know too.

What OS? I think it works on Snow Leopard but not those previous. They are however working on a fix for the earlier version.

I'm using 10.5.8, as mentioned.
Is there anyone who knows for sure what's up with SP and Mac?
