"Grayed out" Menu items

Is there a way to create a "grayed out" menu item within the right click list of commands?

If you create the menu with a Command object:
http://code.google.com/apis/sketchup/docs/ourdoc/command.html#set_validation_procNote!!! Do NOT create Command objects within the context handler.
