Anyone know how to enable Firefox to always download .skp files instead of asking? When I click the links, the option is never enabled so I can't select it.

Is it because the forum software is not using some mime-type, or something?

      Hi

Thanks, that's interesting. I don't have an entry for .skp - there is no "add" button?

Aha! If I download from the 3D Warehouse, I get to choose the option. It must be the forums aren't sending the right type. Thanks again for the hint.

The forums point to a .php file I think. If they pointed directly to the file, you would also be able to drag the link into SketchUp and have SU open the file directly in your current model. It would be a loverly feature, but phpforum does not do their attachment downloads good enough.
