Custom Toolbar Plugin updated? or NOT ?

Hy, I use Custom Toolbar plugin and I read here that it has been updated http://sketchuptips.blogspot.com/2008/06/custom-toolbars-release-08-06-01.html but, nothing like that
. Link is dead.Does anybody knows something about this?
@Jim: could it be somehow updated, so it accept any plugin which have a toolbar button?
Instead of having dozens of small toolbars, I would like to have let's say 4-5 LONG toolbars with all my tools on them. -
