Vegetation for renders? Where to get them

Hi

I use sketchup and vray as my render. I require realistic vegetation, any idea where I can obtain this?
Do you guys impliment this within sketchup and render accordingly or photoshop it afterwards?

Happy to pay for good quality... any ideas?
