Not there. They have non-button controls, and (weirdly,) the controls are direct children of the application window. (It's not until you float them, by pulling them off the container, that they become "window" objects.)

For now we are limited to toggling with Sketchup.send_action:
%(#000000)[Layers -----> 21132 Shadows ---> 10546 VCB ---------> 24157]
