[HELP] any1 come across the Phlat-Edge tool?

Hi all,
I recently saw this guy using a tool called Phlat Edges, it does what it says (flaten edges / selected lines)
however, I cant find much information about it. as in where can I download or how much is it...or even the proper name of the plugin
so if someone knows where to click, please let me know.cheers
