Just thought I'd share a few panoramic shots that I took whilst on honeymoon in andalucia. I used to be really into photography but sold my kit (canon 450d + lens' etc) and downsized to an ixus. I regret it a little but it was too much kit to be sat in the house and not been used to its full potential.
Anyway, really, really happy with how these panoramas have come out. They aren't perfect and need a bit of further PP but they help illuminate a beautiful part of the world.

I've been on vacation the last 2 weeks, here a few from my trip.

I love the second one. Where was this?

Whoah!!! Chris those are stunning.
-
Roger, that panarama would make an awesome HDRI. (any chance of getting a full size version?)

Thanks Guys! I really enjoyed taking some time on my vacation to put the camera to work. I'm only just now learning about RAW processing, so I've probably got a lot to learn about how to make them look nicer - but I think I did OK for my first time really processing the RAW photos.
Here's the shot locations for them all.

Nice pics, Chris

very nice pix Chris.
See? Ansel Adams wasn't so great. You can't take a bad picture in Yosemite or in the TETONS. .. well . . unless your camera goes on in your backpack.

Cool car paint in my garden

I agree David. We drove through Yosemite on our way home (my first time there ever). That is a beautiful place! (Though I still prefer the Tetons and Zion's Canyon personally).
That's a great bug steafn! It is real right? Not modeled and rendered?

Oh you added more! The melancholy cat is great! So are the ice covered plants. Very nice.

Thank you Chris! The bug is real and it was eating my mint plant. I have six cats, but the little ones are my favorite. All of them were abandoned, and I "collect" them one by one.
Cheers! -

I am no professional, but these are digital.

A few snaps form a recent climbing trip to scotland.
Wish id played around with the exposure a bit more on this one, foreground is too dark imo.
Pretty chuffed with this one. Think it captures the moment well.
Really needs something in the foreground, but i like the symmetry.
-
Nice shooting there Remus. If only I knew what 'chuffed' meant. Maybe I'll start trying to se it in regular American English on a daily basis and see if I can figure out what context it works best in.
Chris
PS - I was just in Yosemite a week ago. I saw El Capitan and Half Dome and thought of you. I'll try to post some pics of it.
