New Brochure works

I'm just finalising a brochure work for the marketing of an existing apartment development! 28 page brochure!
20 units unevenly over 4 levels made the structure and layout a complex issue to consider and get the flow correct! Text content took a while to write and summerise to the available space with some consistancy!
The penthouse is amazing, utilising the whole 1000sq.m top level!
All the plans and key plans created with Layout (outsourced to forum regular "d12dozr" who I must say did an amazing job from some very busy plan images - THANK YOU MATE!!!) and imported to Indesign for compilation!
Forunately the client who has a lot of confidence in us was spot on the same thinking toward the themed B/W maritine pitch!
There are more pages that increase the white space use, I just haven't used all for this rough compilation.

Richard,
That really turned out superb! ...its always nice to see the final result of a project, thanks for posting. Its always a treat working with a professional who knows exactly what he wants and pays fairly and promptly! -
Impressive brochure. Very well done.

Thanks to both!!
A close up of marcus's accurate artwork!

great job !!
I like the design and choice of colors. -
This was my first pitch (below), actually creating it as a lifestyle expose' of the area with a supporting article on the development with only a few standard plans. The client pooh poohed it, though I can understand their want as rarely are the units similar and therefore they wanted nearly just a straight plan book as they would still need to be prepared and printed anyway to suppliment the documentation.
I was originally more excited so had to overcome some heart felt disappointment when developing the final layout!

This looks indeed very professional! I like the design a lot!

Thanks mate! The client had one simple change just to zoom in on one of the photos and awaiting delievry of the air photo then off to print 2000 copies at about an eight week turn around! So a while to see in print!
