      I have been playing around with yED - a free diagram editor. It's a very nice piece of software for free.

      Anyway, just playing around and made this diagram of a SketchUp model component hierarchy from this kitchen model by Eric. Here's an image of the graph:

      yEd has several layout engines for creating hierarchical, circular, tree, etc layouts each with too many options. The image shows a tree view. It can export the graph to a Flash viewer where you can navigate and zoom the graph.

      Graphviz is another possible free tool that can create similar graphs.

      I'm not sure this is useful to anyone, but I just wanted to show the possibility and a few of the tools.
