Request for plugin (Which Plugin Being Used?)

Can a plugin be scripted such that it would list in the Ruby Console, what plugin is being accessed when I click on menu item in the plugin menu, context menu. Such that one can tell which plugin is being used.
Would like this plugin to try in keep track of which plugins are being accessed.
