Nice image but very grainy - is that the look you are after? Concrete is a bit too white in colour for me too.

Render is grainy because I did a 15 minute test render on an old laptop.
Im trying to get my materials settings. The white is a plastic material.
I want to get materials ready before i render scenes with more objects.
Grass looks to saturated. -
Here is another render and also grainy because of low render time.
This one was done also with Luxrender months ago.

There is a ruby script to export your SketchUp Model to Luxrender and the
name is SU2LUX (SketchUp Exporter).

Luxrender is freeware and very slooow. But its a fine unbiased renderer and easy to set up. But sloooow...
