      spent most of today working on this. my first crack at it...still not quite finished. going to work on the keypad more and a few other things.
      let me know what you think of the design and render and what you think i can do to better both.

          they are there for holding as well as i made them to fit a dock i am designing for it. I designed it without them as well, this just just the render with. you do mean the ones along the back edges right?

            It would be much easier to understand the design if you could view them in 3D. Maybe Simlab 3D http://www.simlab-soft.com/3d-plugins/3D-PDF-from-sketchup-main.aspx might be worth looking at?

              okay, thanks for the link. I'll give it a shot. I am just doing what I can with the software I currently have at hand.
