      Hi Guys,

I thought this might be of interest to Gmail users. Its a feature that I have wanted for some time. Having the ability to drag and resize images within the email body message. Its now much easier to explain a process or tell a story of how things work.

Currently its only available on Gmail via Chrome. I normally use Opera and sometimes FireFox but have now downloaded Chrome and tried it out. I will continue to use Chrome / Gmail as I find it an excellent feature.

      Mike

I've been able to place images into the gmail body text for a while (Firefox). Even embed youTube videos and such!

I think thats a labs feature gai. What mikes refering to is a bit different in that it's a proper feature rather than a lab and that you can drag and drop the images.

You might try installing Google Gears. That adds drag and drop features to other Google apps in Firefox. Chrome ships with it already installed. But Firefox you will need to install it separately.

I have not tried it for gmail, but I think it might help.

Yeah, maybe you are right, guys. I use labs as well as gears and sometimes cannot even remember what is native and what is some extra (like with SU)
              😄
