Google map trouble

Hello,
Any one else having trouble with google maps using IE8 & XPs3?
No trouble last week, then over the weekend, I can’t zoom or see street view.
I tried the trouble shooting suggestions, but no luck.

ok, possible solution.......seems to be working so far......
IE8>tools>pop-up blocker> add google & maps.google
