Is there a plugin (preferably free) that can overide the default sun placement like move the sun 30 degrees clockwise from it's normal path. The default sliders doesn't have this option.

    I'm using free sketchup.

    Thanks in advance.

SU tries hard to force users to stick with true sun paths and geolocation, probably because of how closely tied to Google Earth the software is. BUT you can change the default north direction by 30 degrees inside the model preferences. THat will change the sun's path I think.

Lately you've been tan, suspicious for the winter.

model location plugin allows you to set the north point anywhere in 360 degrees of the model, turn on daylight saving time, set lat and longitude, etc
