see which models have recently appeared on the 3d buildings on GE that are near your locality, or in a wider context, new to your country? The only was I can see to do it is to have a good old fashioned explore!

There is a "Get nearby models" in the latest version however that will not nake any difference between recently uploaded models and the ones that have been there for ages:
