Unable to locate shape Bender download?

Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum but am simply amazed by all I've read. I am trying to get the shape bender plug-in and can't seem to find it anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated. -

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
