Great work! Few things that (in my eye) need adjusting: stucco is way to clean and flat, same with stone wall try making it more dirty and a bit of more displacement. Once you have your renders try some post processing.
All renders that I see, are way to "clean" and "perfect" (architectural) for a real world, in real life nothing is that perfect and clean -
I agree with cmoreink. The renders are too clean and lack that "lived in" feel. There are also some design/building issues:
No gutter or drainage?
The garage doors are cut to match an angled driveway?
The awnings have their supports coming through the fascias?
The large fern is coming through the wall.
The wood grain on the pergola is going in the wrong direction.
The grass pattern is repeating.
The glass needs some more reflection. You have a good start, just need to work on the details.
