Nice Nomer! I really like the IES in the Max renders. Did you use Vray camera and lights in Max?
ies, that is the reason why i used max. i did not use vray camera with the toilet, but the bedroom where the sunlight is coming is yes i did together with vray sun.

I like your WC render, the floor tile under sink looks really good, but it might be to glossy (slippery) for a real world, but who doesn't like a bit of BLING BLING these days!

honestly these are rendered a long time ago. will still see where the files are.
