Sun Position Plug in

I did a quick search of the plugins, and didn't see this one listed, and thought it would be of use to many.
Stumbled across it working on a project where we are applying for a variance in building height bylaws to allow us to take advantage of the Solar potential on the property which otherwise would be shielded by trees on a neighboring property.
I was asked to represent this graphically to get the point across to the Board of Variance. I thought at first it was going to take a bit of calculation or resorting to the old hand drawn diagramatic sunpath, but I then found this plugin.
The plugin allows you to place the exact Longitude and Latitude , Year, Month, and hour etc.
It then draws the solar sunpath within SketchUp after you set your options. Another great tool
