Fast Food Chain

Hi all,
Long time since I posted something in the gallery.
Most of the things I do can't be posted, but I could make an exception for this quick job as the restaurant is quite unrecognisable.
I might drop in some more images later on....I would have preferred some direct sun light in the scene, but here in the land of Oz'zies I'd better not show a harsh sun as it is not a very wanted thing inside a commercial establishment....
The design of the refurbishment (luckily) wasn't done by me
Cheers,

Good rendering.

Stunning, nicer than the average kfc!

I was wondering why you haven't posted in a while.
Looks like a photo

Definitely a nice one, Kwits...
I too have been wondering why we haven't seen any of your master pieces for a while...What render app.did you use for this one...?? Fry...??
-
Thank you guys .
It was rendered using VrayforSU, which I use most in the office as it is fast.
I really hope development on VfSU picks up soon, as I must admit that curently other SU renderers are doing a better job (Twilight,Podium,..) in terms of workflow and setup. VFSU is starting to miss stuff the others have. Setting up artificial lights (spotlights etc..) for instance remains tedious.
But the render quality and speed is still the reason why I use it a lot.I haven't been posting a lot lately as I simply haven't got that much time left with all the design work in the office.
Also, the in house projects are sometimes difficult to share.
I'll hope to have some more time later on to just play and post...We'll see. -
Great work Kwist.

Chris, great to see you exhibiting again, it's been too long.
As always your work is awesome and your textures are superb. I understand the sunlight thing, I had a project for a crowd in Perth that did not like my sunlight infiltration, they cited that the building was a refuge from the sun.
Only one observation, the shadows on trees outside do not seem to correspond with the sun direction on the window frames.
