Mysterious warning when opening SU

Clearly this is an error caused by a ruby script- i assume.. but i can't find anything in my plugins folder called date.rb
Does this simply mean i'm MISSING date.rb?
anyone?

Have you searched subfolders in your pluging?
Sounds that it tried to reference a DateTime class that's missing.

i did a subfolder search to no avail. what is a DateTime class? can i get a new one? do i sound totally clueless:

date.rb does not come with Sketchup, and some plugin adds it to the Sketchup/Tools folder - one of the RenderPlus plugins maybe?
Did you install or uninstall a plugin recently?

I did indeed install and uninstall several plugs recently and foolishly did not track them at all!! and since then i have done so much to my files that sorting by date modified gives me no clues. I don't have RenderPlus installed...

mmm... there IS a date.rb in the Tools folder- i only did a search of the Plugins subfolders... i'll try to remove it and see what happens!

removing date.rb makes SU hang on startup...

okay- SU was hanging for some other reason; removing date.rb from the Tools folder has made the dialog box go away. who knows what else will be affected, but at least all is well right now. Thanks for the input.
