Bus shed

this is a bus shed..im practicing using vray. i try to make watermark background but when i render it in vray the background did not appear.. thats why this are all SU. comments and suggestions are welcome

Very nice render and very nicely inserted into the bkgrd but to me it looks like the scale is off.
If this is a normal 2 lane road the shed and the person are too small. -
I think you need to match the colours of your background image to the render. Add some blues and greens because at the moment the bus stop greys are very neutral (if you get me). Try and overlay a very feint gradient from green to blue. you may wanna try faking some reflections too. hope this helps.
