Thinking about selling one of my models on turbosquid.

Do you think this model would be considered illegal to sell? I made it 100% but the fact is that this is on the cover of a music record. I would probibly would think of this as a nike symbol and there are some nike stuff on that website so do you think it will be safe for me?

Not 'a music record'; one of the greatest rock albums of all time.
The fact that it's so recognisable might be a problem. Then again, so is a Lamborghini. However, a 3D model being a graphic representation of a real world object is different from a graphic representation of someone else's graphic design.
You'd probably be ok, but it's your choice -
IM(non-legal)O you're admitting you're ripping off Pink Floyd's album cover in your first post. I'd guess that you will similarly admit ripping off Pink Floyd in the description to the model.
I think it will be safe from legal action from Pink Floyd because it will be too low under the record company radar. It might not be accepted by TS though.
I also think you'd be very lucky to make a single sale with that model.

It's a representation of a real world phenomenon--probably to be found in some form in most physics 101 textbooks. It is not exactly the same image as the record cover. However a lawyer should know..and that will eat up any remuneration or joy you can gain in the project.
EDIT: oh, just noticed "Pink Floyd" is in the image title.
