I love these models. Could you explain a little on how you modeled the body and the wings, thats what I am stumped on from looking at the wireframes. Great job, thanks!

Thanks. Those shapes were simple really. Just a cylinder for the body, using the scale tool on segments about the cylinder. And for the wings I made a profile and pushed the shape, scaled one side, pushed again, scaled or rotated...
