StarTrek Starship

not much to critic really, all the major components are there, the modelling is of good quality you just have to add some more details and that's it.....
Good job -
great
Long life and prosperity
MALAISE

interestingly squat shape. I am not sure if I like it - but somehow I grew fond of it in an instant
surely this ship is very agile in combat (can turn 360 degrees in an instant)

Thanks. I'm not sure I have the proportions of the nacelles correct, and I think the deflector dich hull needs some work. The design is loosely based on the Miranda class ship.
-
Now add some texture, some orange and white checkerboard and a Go Vols bumper sticker (nacelle sticker) and you are set!
-
LOL. I actually have a design half-baked for the USS Volunteer (and yes, it has orange markings).
-
How a about a future model USS Tennessee, Whisky class

Sorry for necroposting but with the new ST movie and liam's thread I think there may be renewed interest in st ships and this was a dang good ship, any updates on it Daniel ?

ALL SCI FI MODELLING WELCOME KEEP IT UP

Thanks for the encouraging words, Marian. I've been busy with architectural models, but after watching the new Star Trek movie, it's been on my mind. There's plenty on this model I don't like, however, so it might get quite an overhaul.

Reminds me of my Seattle Class, a ship I drew last year around the same time as your first post.
