      Hi guys,

Last week I went to the "Wilhelminapier" in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
Some great skyscrapers are being built here. http://www.dewilhelminapier.nl/

I want to design a skyscraper that houses appartements, offices and shops.
Started modelling in SU and this is the result to far:

      • 120 appartements
      • Shops and offices in the lower floors.
I also wanted a kind of urban roof garden where residents and visitors can relax, get together and enjoy the great views of the Rotterdam Skyline.

I've got a lot of work to do so comments, critics and tips welcome.

      Ward

        Small update.
Changed the lower part of the building.

Don't know what to do with the windows in the lower part.
        Any ideas?

I like the design, and I like the Dutch architecture, good job!

            Got a small update:

Continue working on the model. I've recently read about Le Corbusier and his "five points of architecture"
It appealed to me so I made some changes to the model.
Added stills to support the structure, added curtain wall windows. And of course I like the idea of a large roof garden!
(It kind of reminds me of the Lever House in New York)
